The Family Ministries of the South Brooklyn Seventh-day Adventist Church focusses on the greatest gift a mother and father can give to their family: the gift of nurturing. When there is nurturing in the household, there is sharing, togetherness, acceptance, warmth, and love.
We will be offering empowerment programs during the course of the year, including the two highly-anticipated programs “Woman to Woman” (a discussion-based gathering that tackles women’s issues) and “Men Taking Charge in the Home” (as outlined in the Bible).
During the programs and seminars, you will be treated by and working with caring individuals from a variety of disciplines and a genuine care for establishing right examples in the home. We come from all walks of life and have extensive practical experience. Your concerns will be kept confidential and you will be treated with dignity and respect.
Please keep abreast of our offerings on our calendar and by the flier distribution that we will do in the community. We also post updates on our Facebook and Twitter pages. Feel free to add us as friends so that we can continue to reach out to one another.
