Seventh-day Adventists are known worldwide for their excellency in education, and South Brooklyn proudly takes a part in that amazing legacy. The goal of South Brooklyn’s Education Department is to educate the members of our community on a variety of relevant topics including, but not limited to, academic Christian education, health, media, music, and prophecy.
We develop and host monthly workshops and training seminars on job development, resume building, and college preparation. We also provide additional opportunities for personal and professional growth such as job vacancy listings and workshops on interview attire and deportment. This year, the Education Department is proud to offer structured GED classes to qualified candidates.
Do you need a green card, Certificate of Citizenship, Social Security card, birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport, or any other important documentation? We will be offering guidance and assistance with this as well. Please check our calendar for upcoming programs to see how you can benefit.
Feel free to contact the Directors of the Education Department directly by email if you have any immediate needs. We will be happy to assist you.
