We advocate simple lifestyle changes that can make a difference between being sick and tired or vibrant and active.
We believe that a history of unhealthy lifestyles contributed to the current unhealthy state that many individuals find themselves in today. We don’t believe that all is lost, though. Our goal is to show you that you can gain healthy freedom by following a program that emphasizes a direct link between accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and embracing a wholesome Christian lifestyle that refrains from unhealthy habits, intemperate behavior, and harmful living.
There will be a variety of practical programs, seminars, and workshops that the Health Ministries department will showcase. Some of the topics deal with family crisis, various personal and lifestyle abuses, and mental disorders. Other programs for the community include fitness classes, health food expos, sexual health awareness, and nutritious, meatless cooking classes.
